If you have received an email with your player’s login credentials, please read the notes below:
As many users as you want can download the app – player and parents etc. They can all login with the same player’s username and password provided in your email. When you install the app the first time it will sync up with HPSA’s club data. This may take a few seconds.
Once you install the app, please tap on the far right button (three lines) and update you players profile to make sure your information is accurate and edit/complete any missing information like “medical conditions”. If you have questions, please check with your team manager. We want you to have fun and play around with the app to discover its functionality. Some of the key features the player app includes are:
- Player Registration – you can complete all league forms with a touch screen signature, take pictures of Birth Certificates and your player’s head shot within the app so you do not have to print, fill out, then scan and email to us
- Schedule Postings – games, practices, and events are synced with leagues and clubs including park and field maps
- Schedule Changes – games, practices, and events are automatically synced/updated and a notification is sent to each player
- Schedule Attendance – keeps track of which games, practices and events players are making
- Player/team chat
While our app is in Beta testing you will need to Trust or turn on Unknown Sources to download it. You should turn it back off when done.
Android Steps: 1.Navigate to Setting> Security. 2.Check the option “Unknown sources”. 3. Tap OK on the prompt message. 4.Select “Trust”.
